This particular storefront has been a butcher shop for over 50 years. Owner Paul Bouma has been serving the community at this location since 1994 and when the owner has passion, it shows. This is the real deal folks.
Paul offers as much local produce as he can. There is an amazing array of meat, fresh bison, free range chickens and turkeys and sometimes, fish right off the boat! Homemade cabbage rolls and artisian cheeses, meat pies are waiting for you to take them home. Sausages are made in house and many restaurants on the island use his product.
